anyway.. the end of the year is coming, and rather obviously, I have not succeeded in migrating my blogs from blog-city... bah. >.< goodbye to my past and WELCOME FUTURE!

seemed appropriate to write a blog at this stage.. i know I haven't been updating religiousl and really, other than the first 3-4 months where I was adapting to the new job, I really have no reason to not update. So really, it's just me being lazy.

Having opened up the blog and starting to write, I realise that I am still as full of crap and yup.. updates still come easy. hurhurhur..

been thinking that my new place is really quite a great place.. in terms of location.. i mean.. seriously, I can be in town in like 30 mins.. and I AM NOT EVEN RUSHING! and I think although the cabfare has gone up for expenses from home to office, on the other hand, i think there's been some expenses saved from other transport areas. Since Toa Payoh is quite central.

Also, the corner unit we have affords us quite a lot of privacy.. i like.

went to my cousin's baby shower today.. she's helluva lot younger than me, and this is her 2nd baby. I am wondering if there is something wrong with me that I totally lack maternal instincts? Maybe I am too selfish... and self centred.. I still can't see myself giving up my life for my kid.

And like I told my bro... I am going to be left on the shelf. I am almost thirty.. mr right has not come along, and probably will not. Cuz we all know once you hit thirty, you are no nubile young girl... and guys will cease giving you the lookover.. (pfft... not that I ever got the lookover anyway, which is possibly half the problem) So your chances of getting hitched just dwindled down... so yah.. gonna remain single. Going to look at the buying of flat when I hit 35.. see how I can save up for it.. it would be good to plan ahead, and you know.. rent it out to get income, assuming I can afford to buy a place...

I have decided that henceforth, I shall blog whenever I am watching somethhing.. like now.. I just finished watching Juno, it's good. Go watch it. Funny, amusing, heartbreaking and happy at the same time.

Watching American Gangster now.. seems good.. but I am not sure I can finish watching it.. quite sleepy now.. still got a couple more movies to run through.. I knew I shd not have watched Juno all the way.. shd've stopped halfway.. but it was really quite funny. :P

My new year resolution... hmm.. lemme think about it.. will get back to you on it.. hwahaha.. does blogging more regularly count as a resolution? hurhur.. over and out...

my eepod

my epod is taking up a lot of my time. I spend so much time populating it, I am going to get carpel tunnel syndrome.

Come to think about it... it is killing my PC.. cuz of all the encoding that I am "attempting".. i wanna watch my korean drama on my epod, seeing as i seldom spend time at home, even when I have bought the dvd, insufficient to watch it anyway..

hahah.. wahh!! watching the movie "no country for old men".. so scary... it;s a thriller.. actually quite nice to watch, although ti's quite violent.. and it's senseless violence.

Watched this funny movie called "speedmaster", haha.. some drift movie from Japan.. quite funny. dun think it's very well done though.. all the speed scenes were CG...

Also watched an omoshiroii movie called "black belt" about karate, also japanese.. hmm.. see how la. But I think there are other better jap movies.

And there is "le grand chef" which is quite nice.. korean show, don't be mistaken. Quite entertaining.. you can consider watching.

Last night was Enchanted.. standard disney fare.. quite interesting and funnt.

What else have I watched,.. hmm.. parts of "Lars and the Real Girl"... hmm...

Bought me my ipod.. :))

hehe.. yuppers, it's the 160gb iPod Classic. And yah.. dun tell me that I should have bought the touch, or the i-Phone... me is in love with the space on the classic. :))

Anyway.. since I am generally quite behind technology, I am still basking in the joy of my new toy... ooohhhh happiness!!

kenna stuck in office waiting for some materials to come in from vendor on a Friday evening.. when I have got dinner plans.. is this sian or what? hahahaha...

and the screwups at work are at an amazing level! enough for me to update my resume at some jobsites. granted it's not well written, but still, it was an update...

I feel so tired and exhausted.. today is one of those days when I well and truly hate this portfolio... regardless of what others say.

1) On leave tmr! wahahaha.. YY's wedding... haha.. and at first I tot I had meetings slated.. but now.. HURHURHUR... meeting cancelled, so I really can give her the whole day! Yippee....

2) The new place is great! sorry.. rephrase that.. The new place is GREAT! hahaha.. it's v bootifool... hehehe... other than the fact that it's some distance away from work, everything else is perfect.. just need to ignore the exterior. Haha.. and there's helluva lot of food surrounding us.. damn shiok!

3) I have been piling on the weight.. I HAVE TO STOP IT!!!! Argghhh... >.<>

4) I am still eyeing the i-Pod Classic but no monies. >.<>

5) I am not hot and sweaty and I should really go shower.. soo.. ... not bad! I managed to come up with 5 points to blog about!
