Recently...

as a result of having taken a drastic change in life... aka.. starting a new job...
I have sunk into a mini depression for the past few days.

I just feel unhappy. There are many reasons I can think of, for why I am unhappy.. such as
1. I feel that I dun have many friends...
2. I feel that I am not getting to know many people at work.. so I am lonely...
3. I don't quite like the work...
4. I don't quite like the feeling of starting anew
5. I have been feeling fat (but really, this is an ongoing item)
6. It's the end of the year and I feel sad?
7. I don't like the fact that recession is upon us..
8. I don't like knowing that I am depressed
9. I don't know if things will pick up and I will be happier..
10. I don't like the fact that just cause work has slowed down a little, I have no meaning in life (aka, I have no life, other than work)

Aiyah.. whatever the reason.. PMS and what not... I just hope this tide of depression I am feeling will wash away soon... life's too short to be depressed... I wish I would perk up.. (and don't need to tell me about the Endorphin rush, etc I have been exercising quite regularly of late)...
