was a day when I told my brother.. "eh.. switch to 27 leh.. today Sunday got football"...
*quizzical look from brother* and he replied, "did you just say today was Sunday?"

ALAMAK.. that's what you get the day before work.. and yes, I was late to work today.. by 15 mins! Darn... *pray I don't get caught... glances furtively around*

CNY Celebrations

well.. this year was pretty much the same as previous year. However, there was the slight perceptible difference... the strained tone that the economy is not doing too well, the fear of people losing jobs, whether it's for ourselves, or for others...

It's a rather scary thought and frankly, reading news nowadays is a depressing event. We can cocoon ourselves from the news, but the faces of the people surrounding you speaks volumes of the reality we need to face.

Having said that, it is not all doom and gloom. It's within this recession where some people will rise up higher... and spot that one business idea which would build their fortune... have you thought of what you can do???

Hmm.. and.. of course, new bags, new shoes, new clothes.. cuz I am generally always lacking in these items.. *aka, as usual, am sure my new colleagues have memorised my v limited wardrobe... bah*...

BTW.. blogging, facebooking, iTunes playlist creation, etc... are all VERY INTERESTING.. when I am trying to get some work done. Haha! Of the 5 tasks I have set for myself, I have completed.. ONE...

well, the only purpose of this entry, is more to supercede the previous rather negative blog entry.. :)

Having said that... it did occur to me.. I have extremely lousy hit rates.. pretty much only that few friends attribute to the visits to my blog... *you know who you're... *.. am touched.. cuz it also means there are some people interested in my life and it's happenings... simple as they may be... Thank you. :)

Oki... it's 11ish.. and I gotta pop into bed before the clock strikes 12.. not cuz my coach will turn into a pumpkin... but cuz.. I need zzz.. quite tired... haha.. nites all...
