Coordinator

Arrgghhh.. Why are some colleagues sooo insistent being bad tempered? As if it helps get the work done faster.. or that it will make them feel better to make others feel as bad as them...

sighh... sometimes i wonder about the role that I play. Co-ordinator.. I know.. but then.. to what extent am I supposed to keep track of what has been done... it is a double edged sword... try to be involved too much in the process of creation.. and the designers will come after you for pressuring them.. and not giving them a chance to create. But ... to trust them to come up with the item within the set deadline... there will be three million reasons why they were late. But if they are late.. they wun get the blame.. the person to get the heat will be me.. cuz I am the one who has to call the client to say that it is late. So of course.. i have to keep track of process! Forkanaden!

To be really irritated.. and then to show it.. will spoil the relationship in the office.. and it also does not help in solving anything.. other than my own personal satisfaction.. hahaha..

seebeh sian.. how come I got myself into such a job? Which idiot said, "Find a job you love and you will never work another day of your life" but that freaking idiot must have never worked.. cuz there will never be a job that you love.. cuz you cannot work alone.. therefore.. it means there is such a thing as "colleagues"... arrghh.. i am not feeling any better.. think i am starting to have a fever... great.. now i'm sick..
