am really trying v hard to blog..
I had switched on my PCs in a valient effort to work.. but ended up updating my calander and doing stuff like that. darn. i think I will have to work tmr.. eyes are closing.

yeah.. dun ask me why, when it's only 1040pm.. so loser, I have to admit.

I shall try to finish SOME stuff... so I don't die tmr... some, not all.. for work cannot be finished bah... haha...

anyway, it is that time of the month when things are crazy.. and I work late almost every other night.. but nowadays, I have a more active life.. aka.. I play badminton, etc.. so at least I do get a break..

speaking of which, I had a really lucky break on my way home from work. I managed to snag a cab!!! It was about 930pm... my office is located in a bird don't lay egg place, and is a restricted area... the fact that I managed to get a cab at this late hour (trust me, the place is a ghost town after 730), and the fact that for the cab to get in, it had to have ferried someone in, or someone must have dialled for a cab. Since, well, it is a restricted area, so the cab drivers can't exactly ply their trade along our roads = VERY LUCKY..

and then, cuz I tend to have the habit of asking for a recipt, which is a good habit, I have to add, since in the event you lose something in the cab, you have the cab's registration no, etc time, date on the receipt. :) But from $12, he then upped the amount to $15, cuz my area's a restricted area, and pax picked up are subjected to an additional $3 surcharge. Cabbie's rationale, since I am going to claim (or so he thought), he might as well charge me the full amount. DAMMIT! cuz, actually, cannot claim... haha... whatever lah...

by my recent standards, this does seem to be a fairly long blog. hurhur... okok... start work now.. *rev engine...*
