and today, I tried the grand plan hatched out by my evil sibling and I.
Running across the road to take the feeder service which will lead me to Braddell MRT, instead of my normal direction that would drop me off at Toa Payoh...
Mission kinda failed cuz I saw the bus on my side of the road drawing up at my bus stop. bah!
Solution? I will expand more effort to monitor situation on both sides of the road.
Whoever said going to work was an easy thing?

I... don't understand the strategy. Is Braddell MRT really that much closer to your work place? It's only one station's difference right?
I think you need to reaccess the bus schedules first, see which bus is the first you're most likely to catch when you step out of your house. That way you'd get on a bus faster, hence translating to better transport time on the mrt as well?
Synco.
paiseh, re-read the blog and realise that it's not clear. :) that's what you get when you blog from the phone on the mrt to work.
I meant, I was constantly "just" missing my feeder service that would take me to TPY mrt station. And everytime I missed it, I would stupidly wait at the bus stop for the next train.
Just across the road, was another bus stop (same feeder bus), which in the loop, would drive past Braddell MRT. So technically, if I just missed the TPY direction bus, I should just cross the road, and take the Braddel direction bus, since 1) it would arrive earlier, and 2) Braddell is just one MRT stop difference from TPY.
It would save me about 5-8 mins or so of time based on my estimation. That is technically the difference between being very late, or just a wee bit late. HEHEHE...
I see I see! That makes more sense, definitely!
lost. waiting at the bus stop for the train? *scratches head*
