Tracking PMS!

This entry may get a little discomforting for some... so stop reading if you are not a female, or you are the type who cringes at the thought of discussing womanly issues...

Anyway.. as you can see from the title, recently, due to the fact that I was going to Nepal and I was keen to not have my big auntie visit while I am tracking in the mountains, I started tracking my monthly cycle. Amazingly, at the ripe age of 32... I found out that it has stablized! Starting from Nov09, my cycle dates were:
17 Nov
12 Dec (this was the anomaly where things didn't go according to plan, and I was bleeding while hiking ><)
19 Jan
18 Feb

so one can conclude that for this month, it would be falling on a Wed... 17 Mar.. perfect! Just perfect. Well, I fully intend to be on leave 17 March, and I have informed the dept secretary. Hmm... but not my boss, maybe I ought to get my priorities straightened out hehe.

So... the funny thing is, for ladies, you are only truly free from your hormones, or at least in my case, my hormones for a grand total of TWO WEEKS!

The reason why I suddenly looking back at my notes, to gauge when my darling big auntie will come visit was... I am starting to get whiney again... tiredness and being overworked of course plays a big part, but I am generally more positive in the 2 weeks after my big auntie, and less so in the 1.5 weeks leading up to the next cycle - which is now.

*Cue violins and sad music track*... yes people, I am feeling depressed again, and it's all due to that dratted thing called hormones. I need happy pills... Can someone please go get some over the counter for me please?
