I'm a Sports Junkie

Hi everyone, I am a Sports Junkie.

Well, sort of... technically, I am better than quite a few people since I don't watch all sports. I only watch some of them, e.g. Football, Tennis, very minimal Badminton, Basketball, Snooker and Table Tennis...

What I would like to share to day is about how a couch potato like me feels when I am watching TV, and all these lean mean athletes sweat it out during the match. I feel.. terribly overweight, unfit and lazy.

Was watching the Dementieva Schiavone just now, and the Stosur Jankovic match now. These ladies are all so muscular and sooo fit! I need to build me some muscles... do you think exercising twice a week is enough? It doesn't seem so, especially when I am doing quite a shitty job of controlling my diet these days...

Oh what to do?! It's really very time consuming to keep hitting the gym you know... but it does seem like I need to start going at least 3-4 times a week since all that I am doing now seems to be maintaining the weight I have lost, but not to lose more. I need to shed another 5 kg to hit normal weight.

I must start psyching myself that being a "little bit" overweight is still not good enough for me... I HAVE TO START MOVING MY BUTT MORE!

Stosur seems to be doing quite well.. she's really on form I have say... I need me some triceps, some biceps, leaner abs... leaner thighs (oh god my thunder thighs)... I think the only part that is not fat is my head. Thank god I have a small face. HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!

So.. to end this blog. I am a Sports Junkie, and it's time I become more of a Sportswoman.
