My Newly Renovated Room

 View from the doorway.. my workdesk, my bed (Simmons... very comfy, with a King Koil Topper, which makes it really soft and snuggly... I LOVE MY BED)... unique feature, the shelf beside my bed, housing the alarm clock, and whatever bedtime reading I have, in this case, "Game of Thrones" (Good book!) I am reading this series really slowly as I am hoping to save the series for my Korea trip...  =) And yes, I have a PC, a Macbook and a Laptop on the table. What can I say...  I am a gadget freak? I am lying.. the laptop is my work laptop, I brought it home as there are some stuff I want to do, and I wasn't in time to save them all to my thumbdrive just now...

Next up, we shift to the left, where you can see the air-con unit, and abit of my lamp (with my ceiling fan above it, also a new addition, I love ceiling fans!) ... my new Sony 34" TV and Sony Blue Ray Home Entertainment Set (yes, surround sound! woo hoo)... and of course, a TV Console table.  Also visible is my floor to ceiling bookcase.. mounted securely against the wall so it's in no danger of falling atop me, with drawers at the bottom... and this is excluding my manga collection, which is still in a box somewhere as the collection is too huge (and it's not just mine, my brother also has his within, and even if I can house my collection within my shelves, he doesn't have the space to house his... dilemma... to open or not open the box?) I miss reading my manga... >< and I have MORE books within that box too... and only one last shelf left... how?!!!

And to the left of the bookshelve, is my little vanity corner, possibly the only truly feminine corner... hahaha... very important... and all my many bottles of skin-care regime.. cuz I have lousy skin... and all that TLC I give it, only serves to help my skin look more normal (not even good okay! Just normal) And you can see the unique timber strips of the wardrobe door, that helps break the monotony of the wooden laminate that was selected...

There you have it, view of my doorway... :) And Sapphi who was running into my room with a toy, she must be wondering what I was doing, snapping away with my phone.. haha...  this was a random addition...  Other than, it is actually important to have a full length mirror when dressing up.. don't let anyone tell you that a half length mirror is sufficient. It isn't...

And.. yah lah.. lastly, full view of my working desk, with side drawers and a sliding keyboard drawer in the centre (hidden by the chair) and you can see my precious Strawberry Shortcake collection (although it's really small) on top... I bet it's a collectors item as I have had these figurines since I was 7-8? Which means they are almost 25 years old! :) Antiques I tell you!

So there you have it.. my room... and ms YD... I am sharing them specially for you! :)) Damn, I love my room... hahahaha... I think it's absolutely bootifool and super comfy... hiak hiak hiak... my bed beckons... :D
