Synopsis:
The creators of the beloved Toy Story films reopen the toy box and bring moviegoers back to the delightful world of Woody, Buzz and our favorite gang of toy characters in TOY STORY 3. Woody and Buzz had accepted that their owner Andy would grow up someday, but what happens when that day arrives? In the third installment, Andy is preparing to depart for college, leaving his loyal toys troubled about their uncertain future. Lee Unkrich (codirector of Toy Story 2 and Finding Nemo) directs this highly anticipated film, and Michael Arndt, the Academy Awardwinning screenwriter of Little Miss Sunshine, brings his unique talents and comedic sensibilities to the proceedings.

Reviews:
Two movies back to back... that's my way of trying to while my time away while waiting for the final two matches... and of course it worked. Well, I have always liked the Toy Story series to be frank... and this latest instalment doesn't fail to deliver.

It was funny.. very funny. :) I was definitely in the mood for funny stuff as I seek to look for different cures from my World Cup withdrawal symptoms. Anyway, back to the movie... I love the way the toys succeed in planning missions and achieve their purposes using daily items you find in every room, climbing up the stairs, etc. It's amazing how the animators and script writer succeed in making it all seem so plausible.

What I did wonder about was... where was the part where I'm supposed to cry? Was it at the end when Andy was reminiscing about the past? Or, the part where they were abandoned? I felt that it was a funny and touching movie throughout the film for sure, but seriously couldn't figure at which part was it sad? Maybe a little touching, but nothing tear inducing lehh.... ? Cannot be I am so cold hearted right? ALL my friends came out telling me they cried during this movie... I came out feeling happy and good, and suddenly... EH? I NEVER CRY LEH! WHICH PART WAS IT THAT WAS TEAR INDUCING??
